Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not currently, but we're considering it. Contact us if annual billing would be important for your business.
What happens after my free trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account remains accessible but read-only until you choose a plan.
What if I need more users than my plan includes?
The Starter plan supports up to 5 users and the Professional plan supports up to 15. If you need unlimited users, the Enterprise plan has you covered. Additional user seats can also be purchased for £10/month each on Starter and Professional plans.
What does AI Formula Intelligence do?
AI Formula Intelligence is an Enterprise feature that gives you an AI assistant aware of your full formula data — inputs, costs, weights, method, and notes. Ask plain-English questions like "How can I reduce my cost per kg?" or "What could I substitute for this ingredient?" and receive instant, context-aware answers. Your formula data is processed by Anthropic's API and is not used to train AI models under Anthropic's standard API terms.
Does the Enterprise plan include multi-location stock tracking?
Yes. Enterprise includes Stock Movement tracking, which lets you manage inventory across multiple warehouses, cold stores, and production areas. Every transfer between locations is logged with a full audit trail, and traceability reports include location data throughout the supply chain.
What analytics dashboards are included on Enterprise?
Enterprise includes three analytics dashboards: Production Analytics (batch volumes, yield, quality rates), Formula Analytics (cost per kg, margin trends, portfolio analysis), and Purchase Analytics (supplier spend, input price trends, procurement patterns). All are interactive with date filtering and real-time chart updates — no exports required.
